Junipero Serra School's financial aid applications are handled through PSAS, the Private School Aid Service. The application form may be downloaded through the link below and submitted for PSAS's review.

The form requires Adobe's PDF viewer and includes fields that may be filled-in prior to printing. You may also print a blank document. The application, supporting documents, and fees must be mailed to PSAS directly. Please see the application packet for more information.
